Meet the Team

Our team is small by design. We stay close to the work, communicate directly, and keep our attention on sewer line problems throughout Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana.

The People You Will Work With

Matt Keller

Owner

Matt founded Fort Wayne Sewer Pros after years working around excavation, drainage, and underground utility projects in Northeast Indiana. He grew up in the region and still prefers getting outside on weekends, especially for an early morning walk along the Fort Wayne trail system before the day gets busy.

Derek Hoffman

Project Lead

Derek helps plan field work, with particular attention to excavation access, pipe routes, and the practical details that can make an underground repair straightforward or complicated. A lifelong Northeast Indiana resident, he is the person on the team most likely to spend a Saturday working on an old pickup in his garage.

Emily Brandt

Customer Coordinator

Emily helps customers understand scheduling, project steps, and what information the field team needs before work begins. She lives in the Fort Wayne area and volunteers with community events when her schedule allows, and she is known in the office for keeping unusually detailed handwritten project notes.

How We Work Together

We start with the problem the property owner is experiencing, not with a predetermined repair method. Once the likely sewer failure and site conditions are understood, we define a scope that may involve a localized repair, a longer replacement, traditional excavation, or a trenchless approach when conditions support it.

Communication matters because most customers cannot see the pipe causing the problem. Matt, Derek, and Emily work to keep the explanation practical: what appears to have failed, where the work is expected to happen, what the proposed repair addresses, and what the customer should expect as the project moves forward.
