Fort Wayne Sewer Pros is a locally focused sewer line repair company built around a straightforward idea: understand what has failed underground, explain it clearly, and recommend work that fits the actual condition of the property.
Owner Matt Keller grew up in Northeast Indiana and spent years working around excavation, drainage, and underground utility projects before starting Fort Wayne Sewer Pros. On those jobs, he kept seeing the same situation from the homeowner's side: a sewer would back up, someone would get it moving again, and the family would be left wondering whether the problem was actually gone or simply waiting to return.
Matt decided to build a company with a narrower focus on structural sewer line problems. Instead of trying to cover every type of plumbing work, Fort Wayne Sewer Pros would concentrate on failed underground pipe: cracked lines, collapsed sections, major offsets, deteriorated sewer, replacement projects, and the excavation or trenchless approaches used to correct them. He wanted customers to hear the same plain explanation he would give a neighbor standing beside the excavation.
The company remains centered on Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana. Matt now works with project lead Derek Hoffman, who has a practical eye for excavation access and site conditions, and customer coordinator Emily Brandt, who helps property owners keep track of what happens next. Together, the team aims to make an unpleasant property problem more understandable from the first conversation through the final work area.
We focus on Collapsed Sewer Line Repair, Sewer Line Replacement, Main Sewer Line Repair, Trenchless Sewer Line Repair, Broken Sewer Pipe Repair, and Emergency Sewer Line Repair. Each service has its own page so you can see exactly what is involved before you call.
We are based around Fort Wayne, IN and serve Northeast Indiana, including New Haven, IN, Huntertown, IN, Leo-Cedarville, IN, Auburn, IN, Roanoke, IN, and Decatur, IN.
Customers should be able to understand what is believed to be wrong with the sewer and what the proposed work is intended to fix.
We do not believe every damaged sewer needs the same solution. Repair length, replacement scope, excavation, and trenchless options should reflect actual site conditions.
Underground sewer work can be disruptive, so access and excavation should be planned carefully and unnecessary disturbance avoided when practical.
We value clear expectations, straightforward communication, and doing the work according to the scope discussed with the customer.
