Careers
Fort Wayne Sewer Pros looks for dependable people who are comfortable with hands-on work, changing outdoor conditions, and the responsibility that comes with working around customers' homes and properties. Sewer repair is physical work, but it also requires care, communication, and attention to detail.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing sewer line repair properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in sewer line repair or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
